Safety4Kids, LLC (S4K)® is the first integrated, global multimedia brand whose primary focus is to promote the safety and wellness of children through quality entertainment and products. S4K’s flagship television program, SeeMore’s Playhouse™, which airs on Public Broadcast System (PBS) stations nationwide, helps children learn and practice critical safety concepts while enjoying laugh-out loud fun.

Emmy® award winner SeeMore’s Playhouse™ is co-produced by King Features Syndicate (a unit of  Hearst Corporation), S4K Entertainment (S4K’s production entity)  and is presented by Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB).

To build a global brand, S4K’s strategy has been to partner with the major players in multiple media channels. S4K has partnered with King Features Syndicate as S4K’s exclusive worldwide licensing and merchandising agent and with Monarch Home Video,  part of Ingram  Entertainment Inc. as S4K’s U.S. and Canadian  DVD distributor. With these partners S4K will soon launch initial licensing programs to sell consumer products such as DVDs, books, toys, and consumer products designed to entertain and educate children while reinforcing all-important safety lessons. These products are designed to appeal to parents, grandparents, teachers, and other caregivers.

Behind the S4K brand is a well-synchronized team of marketing and licensing professionals who have teamed up with large global organizations such as  The Creative Coalition,  The National Auto Dealers Association, and Major League Soccer. In addition, S4K’s Safety Council includes  the American College of Emergency Physicians. S4K’s prestigious Advisory Board features leading health experts such as Dr. Andrew Weil.

Composed of several complementary business units, S4K creates, produces, designs, and distributes safety-inspired products and entertainment geared toward children under seven through each of its core business units.
